We can have your website done and ready to launch in as little as two weeks. This will mostly depend on how quickly you are able to get us the copy, images, and feedback we need to move forward.
We’ll go through as many rounds of revisions as you want until you’re happy with your website. Our client’s satisfaction is important to us, so we’ll never sacrifice quality for quantity.
No. All of our plans are month to month and can be canceled anytime. You can cancel your plan right from your account dashboard with no hassle or need to talk to a person. To transfer your website to a different host, there could be a fee depending on how long you had your subscription with us. Contact us for more info.
Tell us about you and your business and provide as much copy and images as you can. It’s okay if you don’t have everything, we can help fill in the gaps.
Things that are included are: Adding or removing content, css changes, installing themes or plugins, and other small tasks that take 30 minutes or less. Things that are not included are: Custom code, PHP changes, theme/plugin customizations
Yes! If you are subscribed to a plan that includes unlimited edits then you can submit as many requests as you need.
We complete most tasks within 24 hours after the request was submitted, but generally get them done within 8 hrs. For emergency issues, such as your site going down, we respond immediately and work to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We also monitor your site and we’ll know right away if your site is down and get it back up without you having to do anything (or even knowing it happened).
Yes, you can have as many websites as you would like, but only one site is covered per plan. You will need to have a separate plan for each website you have on your account. Contact us about discounts for multiple websites.
Yes! If you are subscribed to our Premium plan we can help you maintain your WooCommerce store.
